The shirt has come direct from Chelsea FC and features an official Chelsea certificate of authenticity and club Chelsea gift bag. The COA and shirt have matching holograms and authenticity codes. A complete signature map is also included so that every autograph can be easily identified. The shirt was signed within the club on 25th August, 2022.
