The shirt was signed within Everton FC. It comes complete with official Everton certificate of authenticity. The shirt and COA have matching holograms with matching authenticity codes. A signature map is also included to help identify the autographs on the shirt. The shirt is in excellent condition. The COA is creased, as received from the club.
