Rare original and official Paul Hayes Carlotti home shirt, size Adult Medium, from the League Two promotion winning season of 2004-05. Hayes has signed the shirt beside his Number 9. The front of the shirt has also been hand signed by a number of players (squad numbers in brackets) including: Andy Crosby (4), Wayne Corden (5), Steve Torpey (10), Cleveland Taylor (15), Andy Parton (17), Andy Butler (18), Marcus Williams (25), Andy Keogh (27) + 4 more unidentified.
Paul Hayes finished top scorer for Scunthorpe during the 2004-05 season, with 19 goals, including 17 in the league.
The shirt is in very good condition and comes complete with COA issued by Footy Autographs and a signature map to help identify the autographs.
